Shipping policy

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days by ground delivery if the item is in stock. All made-to-order wheelsets or custom rim orders may take up to 4 weeks. If your order is particularly time sensitive, feel free to email us (sales@velocityusa.com) and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

Due to our local dealer agreements, we do not allow for in-store pickup. Thank you for respecting our policy and for supporting your local bike shops.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. If you are uncertain, please contact us for clarification.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Velocity USA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at velocity@velocityusa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We only ship to USPS P.O. boxes in the United States.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our wheel orders are all custom built for our customers once an order is placed. Due to this specialty service, wheel orders which are returned will incur a restocking fee. We accept returns on non-wheel rims, products, and accessories up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Some items may also incur a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all decals and stickers, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and you must have purchased the item directly through Velocity USA.

To start a return, contact us at velocity@velocityusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2280 29th Street SE Grand Rapids, Mi 49508 with your SO# written on the box.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will incur a restocking fee. It is at our discretion to charge a restocking fee on any orders returned to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at velocity@velocityusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
